Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while hanging out on our back spacious patio. Very quiet, tree filled oasis that works as the perfect setting for work, meditation, reading and yoga.

Master bedroom includes a luxurious king bed with ultra-soft linens. The master bedroom has its own private deck facing the back yard and HGTV worthy bathroom and standalone tub. Master bedroom 1 also features a 50-inch 4k TV and desk if you need a private space to work or catch up on emails.

The second master bedroom features a super comfortable king bed with luxurious linens, desk, and private half bath.

We highly suggest renting a car during your time in Atlanta to get the most out of your stay. Our home is located about 20 minutes from the airport

1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.

3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited.
4. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee.
5. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels
6. Quiet Hours start at 9 PM.
7. Please take off shoes when in the house.
8. We don’t allow pets unless prior approval is obtained (additional pet few will apply)
9. If available, early check-ins must be preapproved for an additional fee
10. Do not put food and cooking oil down the kitchen drain.
11. Please do not use our address for commercial shipments. If you need something shipped to our address, please ask permission first.
12. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation.
13. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.
14. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti.
15. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations for between $20 and $25.
16. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
